This study aims to determine the leading industry in Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatera, Indonesia, based on data from Central Statistics Agency and expert opinion Regency Industrial Development Plan. research combines qualitative quantitative techniques. uses four experts' opinions consisting of three governments one academician. The criteria sub-criteria are determined locally adapted National Master method used this is a combination Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method, which integrates Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) calculate weights Technique for Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) order priority. top five processing industries were selected: food industry, leather/footwear chemical apparel other industries.
